1. Scope

These terms govern your use of haughtymole.com (the "Site"), owned by Haughty Mole (Muhammet Uz, "we"). By using the Site you accept them.

2. What the Site offers

Haughty Mole's games (Title II), news and devlogs, stories from the Haughty Mole worlds (Zenocalypse, Thamaryon), a press kit, a newsletter sign-up and a key request form for content creators. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

3. Rules

Use the Site lawfully. Don't disrupt it, submit forms with automated tools or try to get around its security. Information you give in forms must be accurate, and you may only apply on your own behalf.

4. Intellectual property

All texts, stories, images, logos and game content on the Site belong to Haughty Mole or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed or changed beyond personal, non-commercial use. Press kit assets and facts may be used freely to cover Title II in articles, reviews, videos and streams.

5. Key requests

We accept or decline key requests at our own discretion; applying does not create a right to a key. Keys are personal and may not be sold or transferred. There is no obligation to create content in return.

The Site links to other sites such as Steam, YouTube and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
